Who we are

Our board of directors has over 200 person years of experience designing and developing CME/CPD across Canada. Many of our directors have worked with Medical Schools as directors of CME/CPD departments, as well as advisors, peer reviewers and authors.  We also have intimate knowledge of the landscape of CME/CPD providers and our members collaborate with such groups as many medical organizations like the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC), Fédération des médecins omnipracticiens du Québec (FMOQ), Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPS), Canadian Psychiatric Society, Canadian Cardiovascular Society, Canadian Urological Association and many others.

The Alliance directors reflect a diverse background of "real world" practicing Family Physicians and General Practitioners. The Alliance team combines an understanding of what Primary Care Physicians are looking for in CME and also how to incorporate principles of adult learning and evidence-based medicine into program design.
